Impact

Capacity that changes how leadership lands.

Impact here means two things: what leaders say changed in how they lead, and what the measurements show. Both are part of every programme.

In their words

What senior leaders say.

Applied science, brain training, nervous-system regulation and deep experiential work, a game changer. I’m calmer, less reactive and trust my intuition more, with more space for connection, creativity and authentic leadership.

The 3D brain-training, the deep dives and personal coaching helped me understand myself better and expand how I lead and collaborate. I’m more confident, speak up and own my place, while listening openly and connecting more deeply with colleagues.

Michiel InsingerEntrepreneur
What makes this programme different and powerful, is that it works on the brain from several directions at once — science, daily brain training and nutrition. The result isn't abstract knowledge but something I notice in real life: I start responding differently in situations where I used to react on autopilot.

Measurement

What we measure.

Progress becomes meaningful when you can see it in your results and recognise it in how you lead. We use objective baselines retested through the programme.

Cognitive performance

Using advanced 3D neurotechnology, we measure and train your cognitive performance. We establish an objective baseline and track changes in performance throughout the programme. Training targets concentration, sustained attention and visual processing speed, with the aim of helping you stay mentally and emotionally effective as cognitive fatigue decreases.

Brain health & nervous system regulation

A personal intake explores your stress responses, physical tension, energy and recovery patterns. Regular check-ins track changes in how you experience pressure and return to a more settled state.

We measure your omega-3 levels and omega-6:3 balance to guide personalised nutrition, part of our approach to supporting brain function, neuroplasticity and energy. Repeat testing tracks changes in your fatty acid profile.

Leadership behaviour

In a safe, facilitated group setting, guided exercises and honest peer feedback offer a mirror to how you lead. Together, we make habitual patterns and blind spots more visible, explore their impact on others and practise new ways of responding. Reflection and feedback help you recognise shifts in your presence, connection and behaviour over time.

Applied outcomes

Each participant begins with a personal leadership intention, translated into specific behaviours and meaningful outcomes in their own context. At the midpoint and completion, we review progress through real leadership situations, personal reflection and feedback, exploring what has changed in how you decide, respond and connect, and what needs further practice to become lasting change.
