1. Definitions and parties

In Flow Institute, referred to as the institute. Client means the organisation or individual entering into an agreement with the institute.

2. Offers and agreement

Quotations are without obligation and state their own period of validity. An agreement is formed once the client confirms a quotation or registration in writing.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are stated excluding VAT unless noted otherwise. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling conditions are set out in the quotation or registration confirmation for the relevant programme. Participants may be replaced by a colleague in consultation with the institute.

5. Delivery of programmes

The institute may adjust dates, locations, facilitators or programme elements where necessary, keeping the quality and objectives of the programme intact.

6. Confidentiality

Everything shared by participants during a programme is treated as confidential. The institute reports to a commissioning organisation only at group level, never at individual level, unless the participant explicitly agrees.

7. Health and responsibility

Programmes develop leadership performance. They are not medical or psychological treatment and do not replace care from a physician or therapist. Participation is at the participant’s own responsibility.

8. Liability

The liability of the institute is limited to the amount invoiced for the relevant assignment, and in any case to the amount paid out by its insurer.

9. Intellectual property

All programme materials, models and methods remain the intellectual property of the institute and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
